since becoming diagnosed with MDD and severe anxiety, my therapist suggested that I start writing down one thing that I am grateful for everyday. instead of journaling, I decided to take small videos of the highlights of my days and the people I was with. june was filled with lots of ice cream and smiles. i’m so appreciative of the people that have helped bring so much happiness back into my life. here’s to july!
